EPSCA Membership

What are the benefits of EPSCA membership?

Members are able to participate in the operation of EPSCA in various ways:

• Members can vote on changes to the EPSCA constitution;
• Members can vote on changes to the EPSCA By-Laws;
• Members can stand for election to the EPSCA Board of Directors;
• Members can vote in the election of the EPSCA Board of Directors;
• Members can participate on EPSCA negotiation committees;
• Members can participate on other special or standing committees as established by the Board of Directors.

Important note: There are potential Ontario Labour Relations Board implications to not becoming a member of EPSCA. Please contact the EPSCA Admin Office at (416) 592-2098 for further details.

Who can become a member of EPSCA?

Membership is open to any Employer who operates a business in the construction industry with the exception of those supplying only materials, machinery or equipment. Membership is subject to approval by the EPSCA Board of Directors. To obtain a membership application, please contact the EPSCA Office at 416-592-2098.
