About EPSCA
The Electrical Power Systems Construction Association (EPSCA) was established in 1972. The Association negotiates and administers construction trade collective agreements on behalf of employers performing construction industry work for the Bulk Electrical System on Ontario Power Generation Inc., Bruce Power LP and Hydro One property.
EPSCA has collective agreements with a term from May 1, 2004 to April 30, 2010 with the following building trades:

The EPSCA organization consists of a Board of Directors composed of three owner Directors and from nine to twelve contractor Directors (See Board of Directors). They are either appointed, in the case of the owner Directors, or elected, in the case of the contractor Directors, at an annual general meeting which is open to all members. Membership is voluntary and membership information and an application form is found on the website under Membership.
The Officers of EPSCA consist of the President, the General Manager and the Secretary-Treasurer. The President is elected annually by the Board of Directors from among the Director members. The General Manager and Secretary–Treasurer are appointed by the Board of Directors.
Day-to-day administration of the EPSCA collective agreements is performed by EPSCA representatives who are located throughout the Province (See EPSCA Contact Directory).
